Our first-ever women-only retreat was a huge success. During this Artcation, we were hosted by Urna Boutique Stay. Along with our regular self-reflective activities such as art, movement therapy, meditation, and nature walks, we also immersed ourselves in a traditional folk art form known as Aipan and an eco-printing session on this retreat. It truly did help our group of 9 all-women participants feel connected to the community and cultural roots. One of the most memorable retreats full of life, laughter, and cherishable memories.
