At Project Aaina, we deeply value the energy and intention with which you choose to join us. To maintain fairness and transparency for all participants, facilitators, and collaborators, we request you to kindly review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.
Participant Cancellations
60 - 40 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
40 - 20 days before the retreat start date: 75% of the total retreat fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Within 20 days of the retreat start date: 100% of the total retreat fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
Medical Emergencies
In case of cancellation due to a genuine medical emergency (supported by official documentation), we will do our best to provide a mutually acceptable and compassionate solution. This may include partial credit toward a future retreat or transfer of booking, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations by Project Aaina
If the retreat must be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities, government regulations, or other unforeseen events beyond our control:
We will either reschedule the retreat, or
Provide a credit note that can be redeemed at any upcoming Project Aaina retreat, subject to availability and your convenience.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your retreat spot to a friend or family member up to 7 days before the retreat start date, with prior written notice and our confirmation. The new participant must agree to all terms and conditions of the retreat.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit (Registration Fee) is required to reserve your spot.
Once the deposit is made, the remaining balance must be paid within 4 days to confirm your participation.
Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Full payment must be completed as per the timeline shared at the time of registration.
Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 - 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Transaction and platform charges (if any) incurred during the booking process will not be refunded.
